Things that happened:

I missed most of Monday – did anything happen?!?! I hate being out of the loop! I had to help a friend and do some stuff, but today I will be ON GUARD for us all! Well, you know what they say about “best laid plans”… I’ll do my best!

I played (and lost!) Peak’s Not So Secret Word. It was for a 4 pack of tickets to Playland, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’ve never played it before, but it was the kind of morning where I had already showered and finished my first cuppa, so I was feeling pretty with it. Alas, I was clearly NOT with it! I feel like Sonja and I got the hard questions, because I knew every single one of Kevin’s questions!! But isn’t that always the way. LOL! I’ll try again… maybe!

Now I see that they have switched the prizes around on their contests page – it says the Playland passes are the prize for the Perfect 10. We’ll have to wait and see what’s what, but either of those prizes would be awesome – who WOULDN’T want to see Naked Magic?!?! ;D

CFOX must be friends with lucky Brenda Greengrass – they keep calling out names that are either generic or have a dozen different spellings. Makes finding them rather impossible. I hope Brenda’s taking them out for beers at least… The Jeff O’Neil Show is away this week, and so is Jeremy, so things are shifted around a bit. I took out “Stump the Show” because it’s probably postponed. It always makes me nervous when people go away…. will JOS return?? *eep*

Alright, seriously, WTF is going on with this Jack trip to Washington DC?! I (once again) scoured the Breakfast Television that I pvred and did NOT see any damned code word! I haven’t been able to tune in to Kiah and TJ – do they actually SAY a code word? The contest says to “watch BT or listen to Jack FM for the code word” but it was nowhere to be seen on BT. I even watched the ticker at the bottom, but still nothing. WTH am I missing??? I know I won’t win, but I wanted to get the code word for anyone that missed it. Unfortunately, I can’t help you out. Sorry about that!!

There have been some great answers for You Can’t Win This, but none of them have been the correct guess. What is it? “21 is as low as it gets” could be a myriad of things, but I haven’t a single guess. Is it something local? Is it universal? Is it ethereal or tangible? I could use $900 but I can’t for the life of me come up with a decent answer! Damn you Clay for making me think too hard!

Speaking of JRFM, they have a secret. They will tell us what it is at 8:10 TOMORROW, not today. So for today, we get to wonder what the surprise might be. Sounds like it might be a party. I’M IN!!!

CFOX, Rock 101, Peak, and Jack have Hip tickets. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am that I will be away for The Hip’s ENTIRE tour!!! They start after I leave, and they end before I get back. If I had known about the tour, I would’ve planned our flights accordingly. Alas, I will be missing all of the dates. *weep*

Kiss has Wham Bam tickets. Good luck with that (text-in) contest. Blah.
