If you think a station has screwed you over, where do you go? Who do you tell? Who will care??
The Competition Bureau cares. Fill out their on-line complaint form in as much detail as possible – you can be anonymous but then they can’t reach you. Here is the link to the Competition Bureau site’s complaint form:
Fill in the boxes and hit the SUBMIT button. Don’t worry – you can’t be banned from a station for complaining. They can be mad that they got caught, but they can’t ban you from winning. Sure, the squeaky wheel gets the grease in most cases, but that is not the case here. They might think you’re an a-hole, but I don’t. All you are doing is standing up for yourself and making them be accountable. There is NOTHING wrong with that!
So fill in the form, and send me an e-mail with your story. I will be keeping a log book of all the complaints for future reference.

I filed my first-ever complaint with the Bureau in April of 2016. HERE is their response (so far!)
